Admission Procedure

The registration form will be available at the school office on payment of registration fee. Parents are requested to go through it before filling up the required form.. The duly filled application form must be submitted at the school office along with required documents (birth certificate, mark sheet, transfer certificate) before the last date of form submission. The concerned authority will scrutinize the application forms and only those candidates who completed in all respects will be called for written test and interview The names of the successful candidates will be notified on the school notice board. The school has a scale for minimum and maximum age with respect to the admission citing any reason.

SCHOOL FEE

1. The school fees will cover twelve calendar months and must be paid into two instalments. Fees once paid will not be refunded.
                I. Instalment at the time of admission.
                II. Instalment in the month of October.
2. If fees are not cleared, defaulters might not be allowed to attend classes.
3. The school reserves the right to increase the fees at any time of the year if an increment is considered required.

LEAVE RULES
1.Leave  for extending holidays, attending marriages etc.is not granted without a prior written application from the parent or guardian.It must be sanctioned  by the Principal/Director.Those sick for more than 3 days must submit a Medical Certification on the day of reporting to the school.
2.Long Absence: Repeated absence without leave, or unexplained absence for more than five consecutive days renders the student liable to have his/her name struck-off the rolls. Re-admission, if granted, will be done on payment of re-admission fees in addition to the fine of Rs. 50.00.
3.Sicknes : A student returning to school after an infectious or contagious disease should produce a fitness certificate from a doctor permitting him to attend the class.
4.Chicken Pox: Six days after the disappearance of the first crop of vesicles.
5.Measles: Seven days from appearance of rash.
6.Mumps: Nine days from the appearance of symptoms.
7.The parents should obtain the permission from the Principal/Director whenever they want the child to leave the school early.
8.The identity of the person taking the child from the school should be attested by the parents through a photograph and signature of the person.
9.Uniform & Diary: Those who come to school without proper uniform or the School Diary,will be fined and/orsent back home and marked absent.
10.Loss of Diary: if a child defaces or loses his diary he will be fined Rs.110.00 and issued a new diary.
11.Late Coming : All those who come late to the school shPrould get their diary signed by the Principal/Director before their entrance into the class.
12.Re-opening Days: All students are expected to attend the classes on the re-opening day after each vacation;Specially so,on the first day of the new academic year.
13.Those absent without prior sanctioned leave will be fined Rs.10.00per day. Those absent because of sickness must produce a Medical Certificate before they are admitted to the class,failing which they must pay the above penalty.
 

SCHOOL RULES OF DISCIPLINE

1.Students should arrive at school at least 5 minutes before the first bell rings. students arriving late will not permitted inside the school permises.
2. At the sound of the first bell all children should go to their respective class rooms or the assembly ground as the case may be.
3.if the teacher does not arrive in the class within two minutes, after the bell for a period to commence has rung, the class monitor should report the fact to the principal/Director.
4.The diary should be brought to the school every day and even on examination days.
5.All students must be habitually cleaned and neatly dressed.
6.The school uniform is to be worn on regular working days, examination days and all school functions.A child who is not properly dressed may be sent back home.
7.Any damage to school property can expel the student from the institute and must be made good of it.
8.Every Student is expected to keep up the high tone of the school excelling in conduct,good manners and cleanliness both in and out of school.
9.Cell phones and other instruments of communication are strictly not allowed in the school premises.
